Call for Papers
The International Conference on Social Science and Computing Informatics (SSCI 2021) is an annual conference that brings together researchers, academics, and practitioners in conceptually sound inter- and multi-disciplinary, empirically driven debate on key issues influencing the dynamics of social interaction today. Technology, innovation, and education define the rationale behind the SSCI 2021 and are at the heart of all discussions held during the conference.
The SSCI 2021 will promote academically rigorous in-depth discussion of the following issues. These issues are including artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud and fog/edge computing, 5/6G, AIoT, smart city, education, and related social science researches. The SSCI 2021 aims to promote stakeholders to supervise continuity, innovation, and shift in the post-Covid19 world. All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the SSCI 2021 organizing committee.
The term Social Science (SS) refers to the field of sociology. It includes studies on management, economics , finance, business administration, e-commerce, management science, media studies, political science, and psychology . Research in this area is primarily based on the foundational disciplines of economics, management science, psychology, and sociology.
The term Computing Informatics (CI) almost corresponds to modern computer science, such us information systems, information science, information theory, information engineering, information technology, information processing, or other theoretical or practical fields. It covers all computational issues and studies of algorithms and information to the practical issues of implementing computational systems.

Paper Submission & Publication
- Submissions will be handled through the dedicated EasyChair page.
- Submitted as a PDF file.
- They are subject to double-blind review process, so they should not contain authors’ names, affiliations, or any other information that may disclose authors’ identity.
- The Technical Program Committee of SSCI 2021 will manage the review process and will accept submitted papers either as Full Paper (having a maximum of 10 pages) or as Short Paper (having a maximum of 2 pages).
Every registered paper will be included in the conference proceeding. In addition, high quality papers will be selected by and recommended to the high-quality journals, ex: Sustainable Cities and Society; Environmental Technology & Innovation; Future Generation Computer Systems… . Authors have to revise the paper with 50-60% extension then can be considered. The journal paper should be an expanded version of the conference paper with more complete background, more detailed research descriptions, and additional results.
- Abstract submission deadline: March 7, 2021
- Acceptance notification: March 14, 2021
- Camera-ready submission deadline: April 20, 2021
